Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - The water soluble group B vitamin, considered to be the most active vitamin that performs the most features. Vitamin B6 is called nerve and muscle vitamin. Vitamin B6 is essential for the production of serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, melatonin and gamma aminosytic acid. Vitamin B6 is required for magnesium absorption in cells.  Like most B vitamins, pyridoxine is important for energy production in cells.

Magnesium - A cation is a necessary cation, involved in cell energy production, enzyme activity, regulating the spread of nerve impulses. It is the fourth mineral of the body. It is mainly accumulated in bones, teeth, muscles, erythrocytes, enzymatic systems. Therefore, the musculoskeletal system and bone structure are most needed for magnesium.
